Can we import our existing documents into the Document Management module? |

You can import all of your existing documents into the IntraNomic Document Management module. StyleTech provide a utility that allows you to import a drive or selected folder (local / network) into the IntraNomic Document Management module.

Yes, the Import User module is used to import users, groups and address book information from external systems.

Is there a quick method of manually entering the users within IntraNomic? |

From the IntraNomic Administrator User / Group Maintenance module, press the F6 key. Once the F6 key is pressed you are shown the Add screen with the Domain pre-filled and all other inputs cleared.
Once you have completed the required inputs, you should press the F6 key again to save the new user. Once the new user has been saved, you will remain in the Add screen with the Domain pre-filled and all other inputs cleared, ready for the next new user.
